Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped out.

  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note: These are estimated ranges and can vary depending on factors such as customs delays or carrier disruptions.


Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Your order will be produced and shipped from the location that can fulfill it most efficiently.


Will I be charged customs for my order?

International orders may be subject to additional customs, duties, or tax fees. These fees are not controlled by us and are assessed by your local customs office.

Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office to determine whether duties or taxes apply to your purchase.


My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email to ensure there are no mistakes in your delivery address.
  2. Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  3. Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or with a neighbor, please contact us at lindagreen05051995@gmail.com with your order number.

If you found a mistake in your delivery address, we can send a replacement order — however, shipping will be at your own cost.
